Upon arrival, a lovely double room with a fantastic view was prepared, and the hotel's central downtown location was perfect.

The staff was helpful and attentive, helped a lot.

The hotel was recently refurbished and modern with responsive staff members and a roof top bar. We were in an exceptionally nice location a 10-15 minute walking distance from Huntington Center Arena. Loved the rooftop restaurant with a great view.

The room was spacious and new, and it had a fantastic view and even a microwave – a nice touch! I got it for $121. the location was awesome, not too far from Huntington Center Arena. 🌟

I loved the full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher! It was almost as nice as my timeshare, just smaller.

Hotel was old..needs renovations. Pool very small. Pictures online are misleading. Staff was not overly eager to please. Parking was horrible. You have to valet and they are very slow!

The location was excellent and absolutely perfect near downtown Toledo, main restaurants, the Huntington Center, and Hensville. the staff was very helpful. - the room had a unique design with a great view. - Coffee and tea making equipment, as well as a refrigerator, were available.

Its location within easy walking distance of a Minor League Baseball stadium was great and convenient.

It was a beautiful hotel with beautiful scenery! Everything was in walking distance! I loved how quiet it was on the floors and that you could only access your floor with your room key!

Our internet tv reception for abc didnt work it kept going in and out while we were trying to watch the olympics it was an annoyance but wouldnt stop us from staying here again!

The city shuttle servicel left us stranded on a cold night after dinner. We had to call three times to get it to return.

I would only recommend based on you had the most "stars" in Toledo location. Room service food was good. (Please see below) Nice there were real drinking glasses, not plastic. We were there for the Manet Exhibit at the tma. The tma is an excellant museum and you should promote as a "package."

The cotton coverlets (under the duvet) were badly stained, Ick! The soiled bedding made us feel the room was not clean. Our used room service tray was still outside our door the following morning. Staff did not pick-up our breakfast order hanging on the door, the night before. We told the front desk when we checked out. He did not seem interested. The bar was uninviting. Two bartenders, no greeting...we walked out.
